- To coordinate all operations relating to the project department as directed by the project manager.
- Maintaining all documentations and correspondences related to the projects. Including but not limited to projects submittals, drawings, correspondences with customers, projects minutes of meetings etc…
- To assist the project dept. in preparation of projects and tenders submittals.
- Schedule the work for the installation and commissioning team and ensure that they are completing the projects according to the projects milestones and deadlines.
- To handle all coordination and correspondences with projects parties regarding the project work progress.
- Keep track of the situation of each project till handing over and update the ERP system accordingly.
University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
Nature and length of previous experience: minimum of 2 years UAE experience in the same field
Age Range: 25-35
With UAE Driving License
