Responsibilities :
Provide single point of contact to both internal operational engineers/technicians and external customers.Follow up customer trouble tickets to ensure closing it according to SLA with customer UTIES’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications :
Institute degree, preferable in power/mechanic/telecommunication
