Your Responsibilities
Manage operations/administration of Information systems (Peoplesoft, PEGA, Oracle, Silk, Confluence/Jira, Sage, Site Internet/Intranet, Sharepoint…)
Monitor/Schedule applicative/operations jobs
Environment management
Technical audits
Systems/resources monitoring, Capacity planning
Be involved in technical enhancement projects(High availability, security, performance, upgrades)
Follow up and solve technical issues: interacting with editors, developers, functional and end users.
